What is more challenging than 5- 3/8” x 8” AR500 paddles on an AR500 star-shaped spinning hub. Once you shoot the first paddle it falls away throwing the target out of balance and gravity takes over. The speed and direction of rotation are subject to change as you knock the paddles off. The paddles are held in place by an adjustable compression spring and retainer. The easy adjustment of the compression spring allows the paddle tension to be easily calibrated for rimfire, pistol, shotgun, and carbine use. The Texas Star comes standard with 3/8” paddles. Add a set of ¼”x 8” AR500 paddles and with a quick spring adjustment it is ready for rimfire use. Constructed with 1” pillow block bearings, all Grade 8 hardware, and AR500 cover plates on the legs and center post for long life. Shouldn’t your Texas Star target be made in Texas?
